All created forms are located in the General Folder under the Forms portal. Forms can be moved to another folder or even renamed.

To rename a Form:

  1. From the Home page, go to the “Forms” Tab
  2. Locate the form name that requires editing
  3. Click the blue dropdown button located next to the client’s name
  4. Select “Rename” from the dropdown list
  5. Enter the updated information and click “Update”.

*Notice: Renaming a Form’s Name will only change the name in your ClientSide portal, if a Form has been sent out the request must be withdrawn to change the document’s name.*
