To change a client’s name:

  1. From the Home page, go to the “Clients” view
  2. Locate the client whose name requires editing
  3. Click the “Edit” button next to the client’s name
  4. A box will appear with the client’s current information
  5. Enter the updated information and click “Save Changes”

*Note:  This is to correct the name of the client as it appears in your client view.  If you sent a signature request and misspelled a signer’s name or email address, you should WITHDRAW the document and resend it*
