The signer received a signature request, accessed the document, but now he or she either cannot place the signature or press the “Sign” or “Continue” buttons needed to actually sign the document. What is causing this?
In short, it’s the zoom. Sometimes, the browser a signer is using can be ‘zoomed in’ more than is standard. This is great for reading, but can cause problems with signing.
Below is a quick and easy fix:
- On any PC running Windows, hold CONTROL and press MINUS (“CTRL” and “-”) until sufficiently zoomed out to see the needed buttons on the screen

- On any Apple Mac, hold COMMAND and press MINUS (“⌘” and “-”) until sufficiently zoomed out to see the needed buttons on the screen
